Collections Automated is an event driven collections solution embedded into Salesforce, it works with your data to predict and prevent customer falling into collections and to automate the collection process when they do.

The solution monitors payment events to predict when customers will enter into collections, informs customers they need to take action and then prompts for and monitors results though payment events and customer action.

The solution can be hooked into a billing system via platform events or be fed through regular batch updates to generate the required events.
